History NoahFace was founded in Australia in 2018. In 2020, we expanded our operations to the United States, in 2022 expanded again to the UK, and in 2026 expanded further into Europe. Why 'NoahFace'?
Facial recognition is one of the core features available to users of our software, so we "know a face."

Peter Bush
Independent non-executive chair
Peter is a highly experienced executive and non-executive director having had a long and successful career in the fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG) industry.
He served as Chairman of Inghams Group, Mantra Group, Nine Entertainment, Pacific Brands and Southern Cross Media Group, and as a director of Insurance Australia Group and Lion Nathan.
In his executive career he was Chief Executive Officer of AGB McNair, McDonald's Australia and Schwarzkopf. Additionally, Peter held senior roles with Ampol /Caltex, Arnott's, Reckitt and Coleman, and SC Johnson. He also ran his own strategic consultancy business for six years with clients including George Patterson Bates, John Singleton Advertising, McDonald's Australia, Qantas and Telstra.
Melanie Willis
Independent non-executive director
Melanie has extensive experience in corporate finance, strategy and innovation and investments both in executive and non-executive roles.
She has worked in a wide variety of industry sectors including investment banking, infrastructure, property, fintech, investment management, and retail services (including tourism and start-up ventures). She held executive roles as CEO of NRMA Investments (and head of strategy and innovation), CEO of a financial services start up and director of Deutsche Bank, having previously been in corporate finance at Bankers Trust and Westpac.
In addition to her broad finance, strategic and commercial skills, Melanie brings valuable governance experience from her current roles as director of Challenger, PEXA Group, Paypal Australia and QBE Insurance (AusPac) and from her former directorships at Mantra, Pepper Group, Ardent Leisure, Southern Cross Austereo and Chief Executive Women. She also serves on the advisory boards of two Venture Capital firms Taronga Ventures and Tidal Ventures.
Geoff Cropley
founder, executive director
Geoff has over 35 years of successful business leadership in a wide number of industries, with a demonstrated ability to create or identify business opportunities.
Geoff was instrumental in turning the Rola Roof Rack business into a major manufacturing player in the automotive industry. He took his own marine hardware invention to global dominance with the company he founded, Titan Australia, sold to a publicly listed UK company, with a 28X return.
Geoff was previously COO of SuperIQ where he led a team building a digital SMSF platform which was ultimately sold to AMP in 2015.
Geoff brings a thorough understanding of what is needed to achieve success with new ideas and business start-ups.
